My ethos is to provide quality dentistry with reliable results in a relaxed and friendly environment. A large part of this is private endodontics (root canal treatment) at affordable prices for patients within the tier 2 framework of complexity.
I am a experienced practitioner of over 10 years clinical experience. I am carrying out a endodontic diploma at the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute in London. This has been an invaluable experience learning from leaders in the endodontic field. Through a combination of hands on training and supervised clinical cases i have greatly enhanced the quality of my endodontic treatments.
I endeavour to not only consider the quality of the root canal treatment but also take into consideration the quality and impact of the final restoration. Employing techniques learned from a pillar of restorative dentistry Paul tipton during his restorative course .

01 PROFESSIONAL
A large part of endodontics is the diagnosis of conditions which may arise and we can only do this with proper visualisation . Magnification is used on all my patients to help increase the quality of treatment and diagnosis .
A Root canal anatomy can be very complex, studies have reported that during conventional root canal treatment only 30% of canal walls are instrumented effectivly. This is why we use heated obturation methods to fill in any canal irregularities.
The final restoration is just as important as the root canal itself. The restoration will provide an important seal to prevent bacteria from penetrating the root canal of the tooth. The restoration also helps to prevent fracture of the tooth after treatment. The restoration can be carried out by us or by your referring dentist whichever is best suited to the patient and dentist.

I have had the privilege of working in practices Nationwide from Swansea to the Midlands and this has enabled me to gain a vast array of real life clinical knowledge.

Learning from leaders in the field at the prestigious Eastman dental institute. A vast amount of knowledge was gained and confirmed my passion for endodontics. Supervised clinical cases and hands on lessons greatly improved the quality of my treatments.
